I started taking 6000mg of CBD after a week never noticed any affect as brought to help with my sleep. I then realised I should be taking a whole pipette and since doing this my sleep has improved I still wake in the night but I do manage to fall back to sleep again. I brought my 2nd bottle so will be interested to see of it continues. Very important shake bottle before use I do for 90 seconds and pop under tongue and hold for at least 60 seconds.
