DO NOT USE SUPER.COM. THEY ARE A BAD COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I booked a reservation in Palm Springs for a three day stay at a condo. I used SUPER.COM. This is a warning to NOT use SUPER.COM. I had just found out that my sister had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She lives in Northern California. When I found that her sugery was scheduled for that same weekI paid an extra $77 for the privilege of cancelling at the last minute if necessary. It was necessary. That should have been the end of it. I tried to cancel my reservation online. When I finally got through to SUPER.COM and said that I had to cancel my hotel reservation due to my sister'?€™s cancer surgery I was asked for proof that she had cancer. How insulting is that?Then I was asked for a letter from my sister'?€™s oncologist detailing her cancer diagnosis and confirming that her cancer surgery date is why I had to cancel my hotel room! Then I was asked for proof that she was my sister! I was asked for her birth certificate. Who has the birth certificates of their siblings? I was so insulted by them and their questions, I will never use SUPER.COM ever again! I will warn everyone I know. And I will post my experiences on social media.
