I am extremely disappointed with the service from Super.com. Despite the hotel confirming that my booking was cancelled and the refund was processed on their end, Super has still not issued my refund. I had to follow up multiple times, provide the same information repeatedly, and received no meaningful support.This isn'?€™t the first time I'?€™ve had issues'?€”I even checked out early on previous bookings and faced similar problems. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking through Super.com. If anything goes wrong, don'?€™t expect them to take responsibility or support you properly.
