Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else avoid the same headache.I booked a hotel room through Super.com that was advertised as having a queen-size bed. When I got there, I could tell right away the bed was way smaller than a normal queen. I even measured it and it was definitely off.I brought this up to the hotel and Super.com. The hotel said I could get a refund, but only if I left immediately, which would'?€™ve meant paying a lot more for another hotel last-minute.Super.com has been completely unhelpful. They keep saying '?€œwe confirmed with the travel partners and the hotel that the bed was procided as advertised,'?€ ? but this is patently false. I'?€™ve sent them photos of the actual bed alongside a tape measure as irrefutable proof the bed is much narrower than 60'?€ ? which is what was advertised. In other words, they'?€™ve seen pictures showing the bed is smaller than a queen side bed, but somehow '?€œconfirmed'?€ ? with the hotel that the bed is a queen side bed, which is impossible. I feel like this is false advertising, and I'?€™ve filed complaints with the FTC and BBB. Just wanted to warn others'?€”double-check your room details and be careful booking through Super.com.
