Received an email saying they have blocked my account temporarily

Received an email saying they have concerns about my account and that they'???ve blocked my account temporarily, asking where my main income is from, what my occupation is and what I use the card for. I replied straight back with all relevant information 5 minutes later and haven'???t received a reply back which is rude. I know it'???s because I'???ve been winning on the slots so they'???re just being nosey as to where it'???s from, so I also sent proof of income before they asked. I can'???t believe they'???ve left me penniless because I can'???t access my money or even transfer my money like I'???m some sort of criminal, it'???s unprofessional and absolutely disgusting behaviour, especially without any sort of reply as to what'???s happening. Anyone know how long this could take as I have a holiday booked for next week and they'???ve blocked my account (temporarily)
