Be careful of this company, learnt my lesson not to go for a cheaper quote, terrible customer service and they don?? care . Disgusting service, I am still with them but they are a bunch of sharks, can?? wait 4 my policy to finish so I can go to someone else, will never ever ever use this company ever again !!! I will definitely be keeping my eye out when I do my car insurance and will never ever choose Rias ~ I will run so fast from this so called company Will not bother to even rate them as it will be a minus not even 1 ??? ?,May 06

automated phone renewal

I rang to renew but got the automated phone line. It was ok but lacked the personal touch and was not given the opportunity to request policy by post as I am having problems with my printer.

Not positive so far....

Ive recently taken car insurance out with Rias. Received an email from them where my name wasn't inserted (didnt feel personal at all). And when I called in to speak to someone, was told there was a 30 minute wait. Selected to have a call back & never got a call back. I would question their fair value assessment if comes out positive given my recent experience.
