Took ??197 from my bank account without authorisation for a motor policy renewal. No quote for renewal sent. No apology and told I had to wait 72hrs for the money to be returned to my bank account as it was a pending transaction they refused to cancel Refused to do a bank transfer for the amount. According to customer services at my bank they are well known for this and should be investigated for fraud. As a reply to the Rias reply below. I received no email, no telephone calls to discuss and as far as I am concerned Rias had absolutely no right to take money from my account which I did not authorise. The debit SHOULD NOT!!!
