In March 2024 my insurance jumped by a considerable amount. I?? heard this was a universal issue so decided to just pay it. In March 2025 it dropped considerably. If it had not I had made my mind up to shop around. What I really object to is the letter both times that basically saysThis is the price to renew and don?? bother calling us because we won?? improve the offer. Take it or leave it. I think that is very disrespectful to a customer who has been with them a while. I cancelled my house and contents insurance with them a couple of years ago so maybe that triggered a warning on their system, who knows?
