I don't normally do anything on line other than reading the various articles etc. I was, initially, frustrated when it appeared that in order to insure my car for approximately ??100 less than last year it was necessary to complete the entire procedure on line! However given all the current prognostications detailing the numerous horror stories relating to massive upward hikes in premiums I reluctantly attempted to re insure via the internet. I was very surprised at the ease in which I was able to complete the transaction even though I commenced the whole issue with an extremely jaundiced outlook. My prejudices were completely baseless and the whole business took about ten minutes and that included a microscopic examination of the many facets involved and detailed in the policy documents, a careful inspection based on my inherent distrust of anything related to computerised transactions! Overall "a piece of cake"!
