In a situation where I thought I would have no hope of claiming the money back that I had lost through a ‘romance scam’ I received much more back than I ever thought possible. Everyone at reclaimit cyber were incredibly supportive, understanding and non judgmental to the situation I had got myself into (which I was originally very embarrassed about). The company made me realise I was not to blame and so kind in making me realise I had not done anything wrong and I had hope to try and claim some of the money back.
