I have had a horrible experience due to what I believe to be fraudulent. I was scammed on Nov 29th and it's taken two days of phoning and ringing around just get some advice. I was so pleased to have found reclaimit cyber, Will gave me good advice and I felt as though someone had actually listened. I was so upset but Will said I was doing the right thing and to let my bank take it's course in investigating the matter.
I contacted reclaimit cyber and gave them all my details and paperwork associated to my case. After about two months I was asked questions relating to the scam. Then was advised it could take another 3months then the next thing I received an email notifying me the reclaimit cyber had won my case.
They have done literally a lot of work with effort on my case and led it to the 50% refund at the stage of bank review. It's still at the FOS waiting for their final decision, but looking back their smart strategy and thorough investigation, I should be very grateful for their work to make my appeal worth accepted.
