This site gets worse and worse fir payouts.Obviously something not right with this site.Played blackjack 26 hands won 2, drew 5.Lost 18 hands in a row including draws, how can this happen unless it's blatantly fixed.This is not a one off, happens daily, slow dealing cards dealer cards,not turning over properly..dealer getting 21 in 7 yes 7 cards.Played 20 hands on slots ,won 1, got 10p. Its definitely not fair play on this site anymore,.Sports promotions have stopped this week week, so am closing account permanently, will go elsewhere to bet.Lesson learned, This review is not because I lost that's the chance I take when playing, but I expect a fair game play,however on here i don't get that.After reading the 1 star reviews I now know why, Goodbye paddypower and good bloody riddance.
Very unpleasant experience at Grays shop 927 , manager unhelpful , look very sad.So I?? betting a lot on the BGT on football for years with PP , moved not so long in Grays and using this shop for quite a while . All the staff is and acting professionally apart this guy , don?? even know how he is on this position. So the issue is with the bet attached.The PP terms and conditions saying is valid 7 days, so this guy Said (the shop manager) tells me according to him or his rules if the bet is from previous day can?? unlock it or doesn?? want to unlock it . I mean I can do bets to the others betting shops around but I always preferred PP ,and don?? get the point why he behaves like this giving me the wrong information. That?? sad and if any senior manager from PP reading this , maybe give this poor guy some customer training.I think there are so many customers of this shop with the same opinion.
Had an account for over 10 years put a new card on and asked for the old card to be deleted, then started asking for selfies with passport or driving licence. will take my business elsewhere. BET365 give better odds on most bets anyway.
It used to be one of (if not) the best online gambling sites in the UK however it has become so bad recently, this is nothing to do with the win/lose ratio on slots and games, this is to do with offers and promotions.So the wonder wheel, you used to get a few days a that were guaranteed win, so what it may have been just one free 10p scratch card, but it still felt like a win, even though the scratch card would lose 99 times out of 100 but that has completely stopped,Also on the wonder wheel you used to get either 5 or 10 spins, nope now that has become 2 or 3 spins although 90% of the time the wheel loses now, I have never seen so many lose spaces before.In addition to this the rewards have also stopped working properly, I no longer get my 25 free spins when I have spent the qualifying amount during the week, have no idea why but it?? just become really bad.The beat the drop game used to be ??5000, now it?? ??1000, it?? not actually worth the time playing it any more, so I don?? bother any more.I think it is now time to have a few months away from PaddyPower and spend my money elsewhere, as they seem to have decided to remove their respect for their long term customers
