Very unpleasant experience at Grays shop 927 , manager unhelpful , look very sad.So I?? betting a lot on the BGT on football for years with PP , moved not so long in Grays and using this shop for quite a while . All the staff is and acting professionally apart this guy , don?? even know how he is on this position. So the issue is with the bet attached.The PP terms and conditions saying is valid 7 days, so this guy Said (the shop manager) tells me according to him or his rules if the bet is from previous day can?? unlock it or doesn?? want to unlock it . I mean I can do bets to the others betting shops around but I always preferred PP ,and don?? get the point why he behaves like this giving me the wrong information. That?? sad and if any senior manager from PP reading this , maybe give this poor guy some customer training.I think there are so many customers of this shop with the same opinion.
