I had a consultation at the Optical Express in Southampton (The Avenue) for laser eye surgery and I will write another review after my surgery too. Since becoming an adult, this is the first big purchase/decision Ia€™ve made for myself and I do not regret it one bit. My patient advisor was Anita, with the optometrist Priya also helping me and they were incredibly supportive and patient. They both answered any questions I had, with great detail, enthusiasm and empathy; my nerves were calmed and they were accommodating the needs that they could for me.
