Following an online inquiry Optical Express phoned me at work ,I work nights arranged for follow-up call for afternoon, voicemail left at 11.35 just silence ,text message Optical Express are trying to contact you,I then phoned to complain of the lack of professionalism and couldn't hear the female due a lot of noise of people talking loud over each other in a call centre ,and still never got a quote fro eye surgery
