I had ordered a pair of reading glasses in May I got a call in 7 days that they were ready to collect, I went to collect apparently they had made the incorrect prescription. I was then told they would correct this and would take a week. After 2 weeks and not receiving any phone call I called the store having been told a€˜Sorry not ready next week! a€˜ this went on for weeks no one returned my calls even though I asked the manager to call me but no call received. When I received a call after 5 week I was told sorry once again your glasses have been misplaced and will send off again! In total nearly 8 weeks. Absolutely terrible service and communication. If I could ZERO stars I would have !!!!!
