I went for a consultation at the Dartford clinic. Heather, who did all of my eye scans before seeing the optician, was very informative and nice to speak to. I did not catch their names, but the receptionist and optician were both very chatty and friendly too. I was pretty impressed with the level of service i.e. the offering of drinks. Overall I had a great experience there and am looking forward to my lasik surgery
