Ia€™m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your Wolverhampton clinic. I took time off work specifically to attend a vision correction consultation, only to arrive and be tolda€”without any prior noticea€”that there was a two-hour delay. I received no communication beforehand regarding this delay, which is both unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients' time.Despite this, I remained patient. The receptionist assured me I would not be charged the a ?50 non-attendance fee, as I had shown up for my appointment. However, I was still charged the a ?50, which is completely unacceptable given that I attended and was only unable to wait due to the clinica€™s own scheduling issues.This experience reflects a lack of respect for patientsa€™ time and trust and not what I expected from a reputable company like Optical Express!!
