I had Lens replacement surgery at Chelmsford branch and I was blown away by the amazing service. From my first consultation with Bethany who explained everything and so thorough, I felt in safe hands. She was amazing, so helpful, not pushy at all and extremely thorough. The surgery day itself was smooth, everyone I saw was so kind and professional, the nurses and surgeon outstanding - explaining the procedure throughout and it was painless and over in 30 mins. a special mention to Deborah on reception who was wonderful, so friendly and welcoming - keeping me updated on timings, and offered refreshments. So polite and helpful and a real asset to your company. Another mention to Joseph (I think that was his name) who was excellent explained the aftercare and medication needed - so clear and concise. Thank you optical express for giving me 20/20 vision back in a friendly safe environment. Highly recommended.
