I went to park my car in the parking spot I had booked and paid in advance. Unfortunately, the street was closed by the police. There was no other access point, so I was waiting for 10-15,' but the street remained closed. I contacted customer service by phone immediately to report it. They told me to fill in the contact form requesting to get a refund since I was not able to park. I did so, but after 1 week I got a negative answer, that I will not receive any refund. This is a very bad customer experience. Instead of compensating me for my inconvenience, they didn't even give me my money back for the service I never used. I will never use Onepark again. Be careful! They do not seem to be legit.
