We used Onepark this week whilst on holiday in France. We used them both in Lillie and Paris. On both occasions they did not disappoint. The spaces I Lillie were a little tight but this would not put me off using them again. Both underground parking places were clean with good toilet facilities too if you needed to use them. We recieved email booking conformation and I had a query which I emailed them and they helped and replied promptly. We used Indigo Grand Place in Lillie, your vehicle is recognised by the number plate, barriers go up and in the conformation email you are given a pin which you put in to return to your vehicle. Paris- Saint Dominique there us a friendly attendant who shows you to your space, you may have to leave your keys with him depending how long you are staying as you may be double parked. But all very organised and safe. We didn't have to leave our keys but it would not be a problem to us if we needed too.😊
