Booked in advance but was denied to park

Booked a parking spot well in advance and was charged the full amount. Upon arrival, the lot was completely full, and I was denied entry. There was no way to contact the company directly for assistance. Ended up having to park elsewhere at an expensive daily rate just to avoid missing my train. On top of that, I have yet to receive any response regarding a refund. This company is a complete scam—avoid at all costs! Be aware!Update. After contacting customer service, I was issued a refund and compensated for the difference in parking costs. While I appreciated the resolution, the overall experience still wasn't the most comfortable.
