I placed an order during their pre Black Friday sale where you could get their travel bag BOGO and 2 free gifts (a travel shoe bag and an instant download). After two months and multiple attempts at contacting customer service, I finally received a package. I ordered 2 bags. I received one bag and it was missing half of a snap and had strings hanging off of it. I did receive the travel shoe bag but not the instant download. The shoe bag was very cheaply made. Customer service was the same auto generated message with no real help. I asked them multiple times for shipping updates and was repeatedly told that my order had been moved to priority and would be shipped out that week. Here we are 2 months later.... DO NOT waste your time and money. The bag is not worth the wait and you probably won't receive your entire order. The quality is not there either.
