My experience started off not so great. I received my bag ( the pink one, LOVE IT) but unfortunately i left some black stains on it! I was a bit miffed. I contacted this company, and they sent me a NEW BAG at no cost! WOW! How many companies do that? You have a fan for life, Luxhe! And I love my bag, and I recommend it to all my family and friends. Thinking of buying my husband one, but maybe not pink, LOL.Thank you Luxhe!
