I must admit I was a little suspicious that a Will service could be provided at this reasonable price and so was not sure what to expect. Well I need not have worried. The whole process from start to finish has been simple and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring a will.
If I could have scored zero I would have, absolutely shocking company, shocking customer service, took a year to get our wills and power of attorney from them, constantly sending wrong paper work, also sending paperwork back saying it was not filled in right even though our niece who is a top solicitor had checked it, sent said paperwork back unchanged and that was correct low and behold, avoid like the plague the worse company I have ever dealt with, our experience with then and my god was it an experience lasted from June 2024 till June 2025
My husband and I made our wills with Sam. She was talking to us about everything positively. We believe everything she said. We had the house put into trust. Sam told us all the good things about the trust. Then later on we found out they were going to charge us money to keep the house in trust and the trust was telling us we had to keep the house in tip top condition also when you die they take about 30 percent. None of this was told to use. It cost us '? ?700 to get out of the trust. So be very careful as we were taken in. We paid '? ?4220 for there work. Still paying now. I have tried to get it sorted but no help at all. I have had a call from legacy wills. They don'???t like having a one star review. They say we were told about the extra cost. We were not told about paying '? ?80 each to register our POA. I would recommend that you should read all the one star review before you do anything with them.
