Had no intention of doing a POA but speaking to the lady i agreed to go ahead and was advised it was a very easy process. I paid '? ?1000 for my will and POA. Documents arrived but im in scotland and no lawyer or doctor would sign this for me. Lawyers will only sign one which they have drawn up. Called legacy to be advised we can get this done for you at a charge of '? ?250 plus vat!!!!!!!!!. Called for a '? ?20 will . Spent a further '? ?980 and now another '? ?300.
I had a slight alteration to my will. Jess phoned me exactly the time I required to go through the alterations on my will, step by step.
