I found this company hard work from day one. After spending an hour on the telephone discussing my requirements I was sent a draft document with many basic mistakes, clearly they hadn'???t listened or understood the long interview. They went on to convince me that I needed other services however when it came to implementing these services it proved to be logistically impossible. Frustrated I said that I would not be completing these additional services only to receive a curt email saying it'???s over 14 days from the order so my money is gone. Not a pleasant company to deal with. Abrupt and uncaring, they just want to get your money, the 19.99 advertised price is a joke. They had a thousand pounds from me.
Would have been 5star but was rather let down by your representative by initially congratulating me on '???my marriage'???and referring to me as Mrs Bloor when in fact it was my daughter who got married,hence changing her name and address on the my Will. I expressed my concern that he actually has changed the correct details on my Will. Nether the less he preceded to call me Mrs Bloor again on two occasions. I did not feel comfortable with this. However, he did deliver an efficient explanation of legality attached to the Will. Just hope the adjustments are correct on the new Will Document
I got in touch with Legacy wills through a cheap wills scheme in Match of this year.
