DO NOT BOOK AT GUEST RESERVATIONS!I booked a hotelroom online, thinking it was directly on the website of The Hoxton in Paris but later I found out it was at Guest Reservations. I was directed to their website without noticing (it looked like the website of The Hoxton). The price of the room on the website was € 480,30 and when I checked in at the hotel on the 15th of February and needed to show my reservation at the front desk, I noticed that I was charged for € 714,06 (!). That is € 233,76 extra for "tax recovery charges and service". This is absolute nonsense! The people at the front desk told me that they received the reservation through Booking.com and they were granted € 526,=. I spent 1 hour in Paris trying to set this right, without succes. Back home I called Guest Reservations who connected me with Customer Service. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes and then I hung up. I would like a full refund. My reservation number is R5433083527
