DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Was looking to book a hotel reservation in London and the price looked good. Pressed to pay and realised that the price was almost double (written in small print at the bottom of the page) quickly closed the page but was charged anyway. Upon calling the company I was told that would be given a refund so I cancelled the reservation. The payment pending disappeared only to reappear two days later. After numerous back and forward with the company I am now being told that over ?600 will not be refunded. The website was set up to look like the official website of the hotel to obviously try and fool people. The case has now been reported to my bank who are now dealing with it as fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
