Unresponsive, unhelpful and deceitful company which steals your money

This is a deceitful and unhelpful company. Firstly their web address deceitfully appears to be a direct link to the hotel itself - it wasn't. Secondly the price they first quote is not the full price - I noticed when my credit card sought verification on their app I that they had added an extra ?102.40, so I declined the transaction, however it still went ahead anyway.Thirdly I tried immediately contacting them about this twice through your website and was twice told I would get a response within 24 hours – no responses ever came.Finally when I contacted the hotel today they told me that the room had been booked through Booking.com - which I did not use. However the hotel had sent a message to say that the hotel was closed that week but they had booked me into another and was I OK with that. I never received this message because it went to Booking.com and Guest reservations did not forward it to me. So not only was I not getting what I had booked, but it also would have led me to arrive at completely the wrong location. Unresponsive, unhelpful and deceitful company which steals your money.
