Booked a room through guest reservations, called the next day after a horrific experience at the place I booked. I asked the girl to call me back and help me find other accommodations. She never returned my call but sent an email saying she couldn’t call me back because she was too busy! I couldn’t even get a refund for the night I left a bed bug and roach infested room!
