Guest reservation uses deceptive marketing in embedding their phone number inside of the hotel you might want to book. You think it is the hotel guest reservations when they pick up. Additionally, their rates are higher than the actual hotel, their cancellation policies do not mirror the hotel and they charge a service fee that is equal or greater than a one night stay. Plus, if you have a problem or concern, the hotel tells you that you have to call Guest Reservations. In fact, they wash their hands.
