After waiting over a whole month received dead roses

I placed a order on gardening express on 19th May. Order did not arrive over a month later after sending 6 email asking where my order is. I received only 1 very rude response trying to make it out like I'm being impatient. Finely after waiting over a month the delivery arrived box all ripped and dented the plants squashed or already dead. I might have just burned the a ?59 and saved myself the heart aches and stress. Please do not buy from here. Honestly this the second time I received dead plants from here. Lesson learned never again. They are using the fact that they don't have a shop to return the bad products as an advantage to mess people around. I have never come across a business with this level of poor customer service no accountability at all ever shown
