I placed an order over a ?100 with a mixture of indoor & outdoor houseplants. The order was split into several deliveries and was pretty slow however I'd prefer to wait and receive top quality plants than have it sent out quickly for the sake of it. However on this occasion, I didn't receive top quality. Two Anthuriums I ordered arrived in a poor state. One of them had various rips/tears & general damage to one of it's leaves with the end of the leaf also missing. The other Anthurium was received with a big leaf that was yellowing and with brown tears/holes in it.I contacted GE straight away to explain my dissatisfaction to which I was asked for photos. I sent these over promptly and from this moment, I never received a response. It's been 3 weeks now since I sent GE the photos and I have chased this up numerous times with no reply. This is extremely disappointing to receive such a poor service and that they are not taking accountability nor coming to a suitable resolution. I've ordered from Gardening Express before and not had any issues so its a shame this time round, its been such a bad experience. I won't be ordering from GE again and nor do I recommend this company.
