Have used this company previously and the shrubs and plants I bought from them were great. Delivered within 5 days, well packaged. So I had no hesitation to use them again. However..ordered on 8th June and the order has still not been despatched. To be honest I did think this was due to the heatwave and that the plants would not travel well, but I have now got to the point where my flower bed remains empty where the new shrubs would have been planted so, had I known it would be over 5 weeks (and still no delivery) I would not have ordered. I have used their on line form twice to request cancelling the order and a full refund, but have received no response at all. This poor customer service is enough for me to never use them again. I dona??t know why any company would feel it is acceptable to ignore their customers. Yes companies become busy, and they are clearly overwhelmed, so take on some extra customer service staff during this period and protect your reputation, as all customers want is reassurance and an explanation as to what is happening. Such a shame for what was a great company but has clearly lost its way. I will give it another couple of weeks and if not received will claim the money back from my bank. And buy the plants locally before the season ends.
