Placed an order on 23-Jun, said it would be with me in 3-5 working days. I've been checking in My Account section - order says "Processed" but no tracking number added. So, presumably this has not yet been shipped but may be in a box already. Who knows?Tried to get hold of customer service and left a message. No response - it's been days. Concerned my plant will dry out especially in this very hot weather. Followed up again today. As it stands, I have no idea when this will be shipped. Communications are poor. No status updates provided on orders. Can't get hold of anyone. I will allow a few more days before I contact my bank and get the payment reversed. Not good enough in this day and age, to be frank. Don't use them.
