I ordered two new straps for my Fitbit charge 4. Both of the straps delivered were wrong - one was the wrong colour and the black one had the wrong stitching. I contacted Fitstraps and was told they would resend the one that was the wrong colour. When it didn't arrive, I chased and was told that it was out of stock. Both of the straps I ordered are still showing as available on their website.
