Had a problem with the order (wasn't delivered) and they responded really quickly and sorted it out. The Royal Mail delivered to a house with the same name in the next town so totally outside their (or my) control but very happy with their responsiveness and attitude.Product is A1 and appears to be real leather unlike the last 'real leather' watch strap I bought which had never seen a cow in its life and disintegrated.
