I placed an order for 2 replacement straps, one of which was described as an '???official'?? strap and the photo on the web site did appear to be identical to the strap that came with my Fitbit Luxe watch. As there was a discount if you ordered two straps, I decided to order a second strap even though I could see from the photo that it had a different buckle and therefore was not exactly the same as the official strap. I paid '? ?26.93 which included '? ?2.95 for shipping. When the 2 straps arrived I could immediately see that neither was an official strap but of more concern was that neither would lock into the watch so both were completely useless. I emailed the company to report the issue and received a reply to the effect that I would receive a full refund once I returned the product. I posted the straps on Thursday 26th September first class at a cost of '? ?2.10 and sent proof of posting to the company together with the receipt for the cost of posting for which I required reimbursement. I have received a refund of '? ?2.80 - no idea how that has been calculated - and have been told that the balance of '? ?26.23 I am owed will be paid when '???the item is delivered'??. As it is now over a week since the item was posted first class, I think it highly likely that the item has been delivered but a refund won'???t be forthcoming. Other reviewers on Trustpilot have had the same issue with Fitbit replacement straps from this company not being fit for purpose and several have had difficulty securing a refund. Be warned. UPDATE I am pleased to report that I have now received a full refund. It has taken over 2 weeks to get here but better late than never. I have therefore increased my rating from one star to three stars.
