I ordered a watch strap that was advertised as having a silver clasp. I paid '? ?18, order number 179731. When it arrived it was a cheap version that had a black clasp, one that is available elsewhere for '? ?8.99. I requested a refund which was pre-agreed with Andy, and sent it back exactly as required to the address given, with the email enclosed. The refund never came. On chasing they are saying it never arrived back. As I cannot prove it with postage they are now just ignoring me. Very disappointed. I realise there may well be some dishonest customers out there, but I am not one of them.
