Excellent response

I was a little concerned because my fitbit strap was late. Andy's response and offer to send a replacement was fantastic, even though it turned out to be a delay in postal service not on the part of fitstraps! Safe to say I am very happy with both the item and the service (and did not need the second strap after all!)
