Update: 29.04.25 : I received notification from my bank this morning that Fitstraps had contested the dispute I raised despite the item never having been dispatched, there being no proof of delivery, and there being no acknowledgement of my many attempts to contact them about the item I ordered. Once again, avoid this business at all costs, it is a sham to grift you out of your money!Business is a sham! Bought a replacement strap for my Fitbit in March and it still hasn't arrived after repeated chasing up. Much like all of the recent 1-star reviews on here, I only wished that I'd checked Trust pilot before buying so that I could have anticipated the disappointment. I contacted my bank and raised a dispute over the transaction which is ongoing. All in all, a huge waste of time and energy! Heed the warning and avoid this business at all costs.
