Absolute con artists! Took my money, didn't get the straps and no response to my emails!I purchased 2 fitbit versa straps on march 17th and I'm still waiting for them to arrive! Contacted the fitstraps "help" desk and was ignored...twice!!This isn't the first time I've used this company and had a poor experience so I have to take responsibility for already knowing they were terrible!! At least i got a straps delivered the first time...not the one I'd ordered but at least I got one! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!
