If there was one company in the UK that needs to be eradicated, it’s EVRI??. Deliveries never arrive on time. I can estimate that less than 30% of the products I have ordered online that unfortunately is delivered by Evri, is delivered on the day it is meant to be. I have recently been out of pocket due to late delivery of items for charity fund raising. They have admitted that they are completely at fault, but have blatantly refused any compensation by way of an apology. Whilst I can control who I use when I post parcels, unfortunately we are stuck with Evri when receiving parcels. Only today I received an item that should have been delivered 3 days earlier. Once again, I get the stock “something has happened our end” lies. It’s a shame that Evri can’t even look at this case where they have caused a local charity to be out of pocket, and yet still refuse to do what’s right??
