Failed to deliver 2 out of 3 parcels in 4 days!!!

Annoyed to be writing this. We have had a lovely courier who is 5 stars and has been for years. She has possibly moved on. 2 men in big white van have taken over. So far I should have had 3 parcels delivered in 5 days. 1 was delivered, I took it in person. The second should have been delivered with the first. It wasn't. 5 mins later they said they'd delivered it with a photo of the car mat and no map. I spent a few hours chasing it. It should have arrived last Friday. It's now Monday. Can't get hold of anyone to talk to although by hounding their contact is it changed to be delivered on Saturday. Nope, it then said there's a delay. Today it said it would be delivered between 12-2 with my Next order. They are now saying there is an issue with both parcels and I'll have an email next Saturday. No attempt has been made to deliver either parcel. Poor show Evri!!! I thought you'd turned a corner into reliable. Please deliver my parcels and bring our reliable lovely courier back. Edit 24/07/25Called the number that Evri put below. No option to leave a message. It did try to search for both parcels. It found 1 and said it was being looked into so I'd hear this week - not good enough. The second parcel, it said isn't on their system now so they couldn't help and it hung up on me. If I could put less than 1* I would. Please companies... Find a better alternative as at this rate it'll be too late and I'll have to send everything back, for a refund.
