NOT HAPPY

My parcels are not arriving when they are supposed to have been delivered. Times are different. I’ve been home and no one knocked. Parcels just left or going to different Address in next estate. Shouldn’t have to go looking and carrying back to my Address.There are parcels I haven’t received from weeks ago. Saying still at hub. Getting sick. I’m not well so expect my orders to come to my Address. There’s only one delivery person who I think is good and his name is Yasin. Please could you check for me where my missing parcel is. Last update I had from who I ordered from was about 10th or 11th May saying they are urging Evri to get my parcel to me. To wait patiently.I have heard nothing since and I’m still waiting for this parcel. When I put the tracking number in it’s saying it’s still at the hub. Thank you.
