The delivery man called up to our apartment to let him in, which we did. Nobody came up to our apartment, so my husband went down to the empty lobby and found the packages just left there, where anyone in our building or visiting could have taken them. This building has two lifts, so this seems unacceptable. Last time, they left the package in the same manner at night but in the wrong building next door.
