So I purchased a personalized necklace which broke very soon after I received it. As I stated in my initial review that my necklace was absolutely beautiful but unfortunately it broke, without even asking for a replacement necklace Dorado began the process of preparing and shipping me another. That is excellent customer service and a true commitment to customer obsession and for this I will forever be Dorado customer/supporter.
I have ordered a name plate necklace, a necklace with my kids and grandchildren names, name ring, the crystal earrings and a bangel bracelet. I have not been disappointed yet. The craftsmanship and detail are beautiful on every piece. The pieces are also affordable. Thank you.
