So I purchased a personalized necklace which broke very soon after I received it. As I stated in my initial review that my necklace was absolutely beautiful but unfortunately it broke, without even asking for a replacement necklace Dorado began the process of preparing and shipping me another. That is excellent customer service and a true commitment to customer obsession and for this I will forever be Dorado customer/supporter.
