I was charged $400 by Domestika when I believed I was only paying for a $1 course. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, Domestika has refused to refund me, blocked me on social media when I tried to voice my concerns, and sent generic, unhelpful responses to my support inquiries. I feel scammed as I was lured in by a misleading promotion, and they are now insisting it is part of their policy to keep my money. This $400 was taken without my consent, and I do not wish to avail of the service. I am seeking a full refund as this situation feels like blatant exploitation.
